From 2017 to 2019, Huichuang Party Branch won the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" at the county level for three consecutive years.

In 2019, Huichuang party branch successfully created Shaoyang "two new" organization party branch "five modernization" construction demonstration unit.
