Since September 2013, the "Huichuang Scholarship" and the "Huichuang Excellent Teacher Award" have been permanently established in Yuexi Middle School and Yuexi Primary School in Dongkou County. Every year, scholarships ranging from 200 to 500 yuan are awarded to 30 students who are excellent in both character and learning, and bonuses are given to outstanding teachers.
