On March 30, 2026, Ms. Deng Qian, Chairperson of Huichuang and President of Yuexi Town Benevolent Education Development Association, led the association’s public welfare team to Yuexi Town Central School in Dongkou County, attending the Third Commendation Ceremony of Yuexi Town Benevolent Education Development Association. Gathering with leaders from Dongkou County Bureau of Education, Yuexi Town People’s Government, as well as teachers, students and parent representatives of the school, the event honored role models through commendations and passed on warmth with kindness. With practical actions, they continued their deep dedication to hometown education, letting the light of benevolence illuminate the dream-chasing journey of every student in Yuexi.

          This glorious ceremony for education in Yuexi was also a relay and inheritance of love and hope. At 9:38 a.m., accompanied by the solemn national anthem, the five-star red flag rose slowly, and all attendees stood in solemn salute, marking the official opening of the commendation ceremony. Xu Hua, Party Branch Secretary of Yuexi Town Central School, delivered a welcome speech, extending sincere gratitude to the kind-hearted benefactors traveling from afar and leaders at all levels. Afterwards, President Deng Qian gave a speech, touching every participant present with her sincere dedication and persistent commitment to nurturing education in her hometown.

          The commendation segment stood as the most heartwarming highlight of the event. Amid warm applause from the audience, outstanding teachers and student representatives took the stage one after another to receive honorary certificates and bonuses from President Deng Qian and other leaders. Among them were dedicated educators who have stood on the teaching podiums of Yuexi for decades, enlightening rural children with knowledge and accompanying them through every step of growth. There were also diligent and motivated young students who watered their dreams with hard work and interpreted the meaning of perseverance with excellent grades.           Deng Qian, President of Yuexi Town Benevolent Education Development Association and Chairperson of Huichuang, summarized the association’s work: Since its preparation, the association has prioritized fund-raising and standardized management, adhering to special funds for designated purposes and keeping accurate accounts, ensuring every donation is used where it is most needed. With support from all caring people, the association has steadily gathered charitable efforts: donations received totaled 208,600 yuan in 2023, 83,000 yuan in 2024, and 170,588 yuan in 2025. Of the 2025 donations, 101,600 yuan was specially allocated for building the silicon PU basketball court at the Central Primary School, and 43,000 yuan for constructing the stage at the Central School. These efforts have effectively improved campus infrastructure in Yuexi Town, creating a better learning, living and teaching environment for teachers and students. She also stated that together with council members, she would uphold the original aspiration of public welfare, manage every donation in strict accordance with the association’s regulations and fund management rules, and live up to the trust and commitment of all kind benefactors. Subsequently, President Deng Qian donated an additional 20,000 yuan to the association, supporting hometown education with concrete actions.
