Presentations by Various Centers

        The ceremony began with presentations by Jiang Shihua, Manager of the Manufacturing Center; Xue Lei, Manager of the Quality Center; and Li Changyin, Manager of the Administrative Center. They focused on three core themes: lean production, quality control, and safety production, respectively, delivering monthly work reports. Manager Jiang from the Manufacturing Center provided an in-depth review of the company’s lean improvement journey, from its initiation to achieving remarkable results. He showcased the outstanding outcomes of lean management with detailed data and encouraged everyone to "never stop moving forward," calling on all employees to tap into their potential and boldly explore innovations, allowing lean thinking to take root and bear fruit in every position.  

Awarding Outstanding Employees 

        Excellence Crowned: August Outstanding Employees, Writing Glorious Chapters in Their Positions!  

        There is always a kind of power that shines brightly in ordinary positions; there is always a group of people who become benchmarks of progress through hard work and dedication. In the past August, Huichuang Electronics’ production lines were alive with such "dream chasers." When the list of "August 2025 Monthly Outstanding Employees" was announced, the names of Xiao Liyun, Xiang Xiaolian, Wang Haiyang from Manufacturing Department I, Long Yanwen from the Pilot Production Line, and Xiao Yuan, Xiang Songping, Xie Dongmei, Long Huahua, Liu Bin, and Tan Saihua from Manufacturing Department II became the focus of everyone’s attention.  

With their "zero-error" commitment ensuring production quality, "high-efficiency" execution breaking production targets, and "full-attendance" dedication embodying responsibility, they delivered excellent results in production achievement rates, attendance rates, and execution efficiency. Dressed in neat work uniforms, they walked proudly onto the stage to receive their awards. Their smiles reflected not only the pride of receiving honors but also their sincere passion for their work. The applause was the highest tribute to their day-and-night dedication, and the medals were the best testimony to their outstanding contributions.  

Awarding Lean Production Advanced Individuals

         Lean production is the "core code" for Huichuang Electronics’ high-quality development, and those lean pioneers who delve into details and dare to innovate are the "key forces" unlocking this code. During the recognition of "August Lean Production Advanced Individuals," the names of 11 colleagues stood out: Wang Min, Yin Chunxiang, Zhu Gaofeng, Yang Lanyan, Peng Xianjin, Tang Xifeng, Zhou Haiying, Xiao Yejun, Zhang Herong, Hu Yangbo, and Mi Lirong.  

They sought breakthroughs in the(minute details) and optimized processes—perhaps a small improvement reducing material waste, a new method enhancing production efficiency, or a clever idea solving a long-standing problem. It is these seemingly "small" innovations that have collectively formed a powerful momentum for the company’s cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and upgrade, injecting continuous vitality into Huichuang’s lean journey. When the shining bonuses were handed to them, it was not only a recognition of their individual capabilities but also a promotion of the spirit of "striving for excellence and continuous improvement" among all Huichuang employees.
