To build an efficient management team, on November 22-23, 2024, the management team of Huichuang Electronics gathered in Dongguan to participate in the "Annual Business Plan and Comprehensive Budget Management" course for further training.

          During the learning process, the Huichuang management team participated in the learning in groups. The instructors mobilized everyone's enthusiasm through various methods such as teaching methods, group discussions, case analysis, and classroom practice, making theoretical knowledge training an experiential mode. Through practical activities, theoretical knowledge was updated and behavior was changed.

          The course is easy to understand, accessible, and combines practicality with fun, combining theory with work and life. The teaching process is relaxed and harmonious, and the content is interrelated. The Huichuang management team actively spoke up, had extensive exchanges, and deepened their understanding of the learning content. The atmosphere on site was lively and exciting.

Group PK achieved results

          This training adopts a points based PK system for each group. During the two-day learning process, the Huichuang executive team's sub group gave their all, worked together, and achieved excellent results, winning the honorary title of "runner up team".

          The clearer one knows, the more diligent one is in action. Through this training, the executive team of Huichuang has opened up their thinking, identified development goals, broadened their horizons, and been able to internalize and externalize the learning gained from this training, conduct self-evaluation, and continuously improve.
