In order to effectively enhance the emergency rescue and self rescue capabilities of all employees of Huichuang Electronics in the face of emergencies and accidents, on April 3rd, Huichuang Electronics carefully organized a special training activity called "Emergency Rescue and First Aid Exercise".
For this training, the company specially invited Director Mao Dong from Dongkou Shenghua Hospital to lead a team for guidance. Director Mao Dong and his team, with their rich experience and professional knowledge in first aid, brought a wonderful training that closely integrates theory and practice to the Huichuang family. The training starts with theoretical knowledge explanation, elaborating on the importance and key knowledge points of first aid in a clear and concise manner; Subsequently, practical exercises were carried out, and everyone personally experienced the first aid process under professional guidance, effectively improving their emergency response capabilities.

Everyone learns first aid, first aid is for everyone
This training consists of two parts: theoretical teaching and practical teaching. Director Mao Dong focused on the key knowledge of first aid, emphasizing the importance and applicable scenarios of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in first aid. He explained in detail the precise judgment methods of cardiac arrest, and deeply analyzed the working principle of bleeding hemostasis and its key role in the emergency process.
During the teaching process, the trainees proficiently mastered various effective methods of bleeding management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation rescue skills through careful learning and repeated practice. This enables us to quickly respond to emergency situations, implement rescue operations in an orderly, precise, and effective manner according to what we have learned, and maximize the protection of life safety.

Emergency drill demonstration, emphasizing practical effectiveness
In order to provide students with a more intuitive experience, Director Mao Dong specially simulated a real emergency scene and demonstrated cardiopulmonary resuscitation operations. In the demonstration, Director Mao demonstrated in detail that chest compressions should be accurately placed at the midpoint of the line connecting the two nipples, with a depth of 5 to 6 centimeters and a frequency of 100 to 120 compressions per minute; Explain the key points of artificial respiration operation, such as cleaning foreign objects in the mouth, opening the airway method, pinching the nose and mouth to blow air for a duration and intensity, etc., to enable students to fully master cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.

First aid by your side, always keeping it in mind
In order to effectively improve the success rate of rescue within the "golden 4 minutes" and transform first aid knowledge into an effective force for saving lives, the trainees showed extremely high enthusiasm and enthusiasm during the training. In front of the human body model, the trainees of Huichuang were fully focused on observing the demonstration of experts and doctors, not missing any details, and fully devoted themselves to learning and mastering skills.
The training adopts a grouped practical operation mode, with each group equipped with experienced practical instructors and specialized human models. Under the careful guidance of Director Mao, the trainees took turns carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation exercises in an orderly manner. Director Mao provides accurate feedback and professional corrections in a timely manner based on each person's operating situation. From the position and intensity of the pressure to the rhythm of breathing coordination, they strictly control each one to ensure that each trainee can accurately master this key first aid skill and be fully prepared for possible emergency situations.

In this emergency training, the students of Huichuang Electronics not only mastered first aid skills, but also integrated responsibility into daily life, practicing mutual assistance through practical actions, turning what they learned into a force to protect lives, and spreading safety and care in the company.
